Refund policy

All earrings, vintage items, SALE merchandise, gift certificates, custom orders, plants and garage sale items are FINAL SALE.  Vintage and Garage Sale items are sold in as-is condition.  Please review the particular item's condition and send us any clarifying questions before purchasing.  We do our best to represent each item in its current condition. 

New, unopened, regularly priced items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging when applicable.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact us immediately at shop@assemmblenorthampton.com to initiate the return process.  Buyer is responsible for any return shipping, insurance and tracking costs. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
